These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7edbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7edbd website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, promotional offers, and all associated features and content (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing any bet, participating in any game, or making any deposit or withdrawal on the 7edbd platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Access to 7edbd is intended for players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7edbd makes no representations as to the legality of the Services in any specific jurisdiction outside of those it explicitly serves.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 7edbd platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 7edbd is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.5 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 7edbd requires completion of its KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7edbd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 7edbd support immediately at [email protected]. 7edbd will investigate promptly, but is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must not allow any other person to use your account on your behalf, including family members or friends. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7edbd accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied by 7edbd.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's account tier. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 7edbd account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your account balance. 7edbd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 30 minutes on average, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable pending wagering requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 7edbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will not be processed until the player's KYC verification is complete. Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met. Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.6 Declined Transactions

7edbd reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering activity, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

7edbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game categories. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed in the relevant promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

7edbd strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or opposite bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and using bonus funds on excluded games or markets. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry period, stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been wagered within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically without notice.

All bets placed on 7edbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on the platform:

• Bets are only accepted when the platform confirms the transaction and issues a bet reference number. A bet placed but not confirmed due to a technical failure is not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applicable to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• 7edbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the player had access to the outcome prior to placing the bet (commonly known as "past-posting").
• In the event of obvious pricing errors, 7edbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, league, and market type.
• Bets on cricket markets are governed by the applicable competition rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, specific settlement rules apply as stated in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 7edbd. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time without prior notice.

All casino games available on 7edbd — including live dealer games, slots, and specialty games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are dealt by real dealers in professionally regulated studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game's information panel.

Technical malfunctions on any casino game will result in the affected round being voided and stakes returned. 7edbd is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's decision to continue playing following a known technical issue.

The rules specific to each game — including side bets, payout tables, and special features — are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before wagering. Winnings are credited automatically to your account balance upon round completion.

7edbd reserves the right to remove any game from its catalogue at any time without prior notice. Removal of a game does not affect any winnings already credited to a player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7edbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from the fixing of any sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting system errors, pricing mistakes, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or disputes after receiving gaming services. All such disputes must be raised directly with 7edbd support in the first instance.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating the access of an underage person.

7edbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity, all accessible directly from the account settings panel without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Caps on the total amount you may lose within a specified period.
• Session time limits: Automatic session termination after a player-defined duration.
• Reality checks: On-screen notifications at player-defined intervals displaying time spent and net activity during the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary account closure for a minimum of 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period has expired.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 7edbd platform without express written permission from 7edbd. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7edbd and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond 7edbd's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any actions taken by 7edbd in good faith based on information provided by you during registration or KYC.

7edbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 7edbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7edbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7edbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

7edbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or the decision to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any verified account balance not subject to pending investigation or wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7edbd holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the 7edbd complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body.

Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Bangladesh is evolving and agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations. 7edbd operates under an international gaming licence and applies international standards of player protection, fair play, and anti-money laundering compliance.
